Prospect Evaluation
Evaluation is to see if the dog has the right attributes to be an Allergen Alert Service Dog. To initiate please fill out the questionnaire and email it to Livingpawsitivellc@gmail.com along with a video of you and the dog out on a walk, a video in a pet friendly location (such as a pet store), and a video of a short training session.

1.5 hr meeting
(the 1.5 hr meeting will involve an evaluation, an understanding of how you and your dog interact, and a better understanding of your needs. If the meeting does not occur due to concerns over answers on the form, a $15 refund will be offered )
